Swim Greece September 2026

This is the place for archeological excavations, medieval memories and golden glints on the blue Aegean Sea. Welcome to enchanting Molyvos, one of the most beautiful destinations in the world. Its traditional settlement, organized social life and hospitable residents will win your heart. The city of Mithymna – today’s Molyvos – is located on the northwestern tip of Lesvos. Archeological finds show that this village has been inhabited since the Bronze Age, and was a very important city in antiquity. 7pm meet in hotel courtyard for welcome drink. Walk to our favourite local taverna on the beach for a typical Greek feast.

8am pre breakfast swim towards the harbour. Enjoy the fantastic views of Molyvos from the water. Leisurely breakfast followed by an orientation walk around the pretty village of Molyvos. We will walk to the harbour, through the Agora & up to the castle. 4pm meet on the beach outside the hotel for 2k swim towards Petra. Remainder of the day at leisure.

7.30 am Morning swim and breakfast 11am board our boats at Molyvos harbour. Escorted swim to the gorgeous harbour of Skala Sikaminia for lunch. Return to Molyvos

8am swim outside the hotel followed by breakfast 11.30am Transfer to Eftalou. For those who would like to walk it is approx. 4k. We will swim to the hot springs then back to the local taverna for another well-earned feast. Transfer to hotel.

Swim & breakfast 10am to Anaxos beach. 2k swim. Options for longer swims 12noon return to Molyvos Remainder of day at leisure

11am Boat trip and escorted swim to Tsonia beach. Various distances. Lunch at taverna on the beach. The sardines are fantastic! Return to Molyvos

Morning swim followed by breakfast. Remainder of the day free to swim, sit on the beach or by the pool, shop, drink and eat!
